Return policy

We have a no return policy which means that your item return will not be taken.

Exchange policy

Our company policy of not providing any returns or refunds on the product sold will be subject to the following exchange policy:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and video.

charge for the exchange return will have to be paid by the customer and customer will have to courier the exchange order on their own

If your exchange return is accepted, we’ll send you exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Requests for an exchange must be made within 24 Hours of receiving the product in our web site customer support mail.

Cancellation policy

prepaid order must be cancelled within 24 Hours and will not be cancelled once the shipment has been dispatched.
