Please Note: That delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.
Order Processing and Handling
- Processing Time: We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase.
- Packaging: All products are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment’s tracking number and a link to the courier’s website where you can monitor your package’s journey.

Delivery Conditions
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers will attempt to deliver your order three times. If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be held at a local carrier office for pick-up. Ayyappa Silk is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to missed delivery attempts.
- Delivery Address Issues: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Ayyappa Silk is not liable for delays, returned shipments, or additional fees if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Damaged or Missing Items
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim and arrange for a replacement .
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If an order is returned to us due to the carrier’s inability to deliver (such as incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal by the recipient), the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
